In Yesilkoy, we enclosed the rooftop terrace of a duplex residence to create a luxury penthouse lounge. A retractable aluminum bioclimatic pergola was selected for the roof structure, and the perimeter was fully enclosed with sliding double-glazed panels. This allows the residents to enjoy an open deck in summer and a warm lounge with panoramic sea views in winter.
